Reminders for Romney Farmers Market Vendors

This is just a list of reminders for vendors at the Romney Farmers Market .

Vendors must grow or prepare their products unless otherwise customers are notified with a sign.
Pull into your market space about 8:30 AM so that you are fully set up by the market opening at 9 AM.
Vendors should not vacate their market space before the end of the market at Noon.
Notify the Market Master, the county extension agent, if you will no longer be selling at the market.
Promptly notify the webmaster of any changes to your farm information.
Vendors business name should be prominently displayed.
Keep stands as attractive as possible, and market space free of refuse.
Conduct sales in a business like manner, avoid distress pricing.
If selling any items by weight, you must have a certified scale. 
All fruits, vegetables, and flowers must be locally grown and picked within 48 hours of the market day.
Keep displays of products and goods within the market space.
At the conclusion of the market hours remove all remaining items.
Remove any debris or trash near your market area.
Loud music is not permitted during market hours.
No pets are allowed at the market.
